Ingredients:

  • 4 Cauldron Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Veggie Bakes

  • 4 Mini burger buns 

  • Salad of your choice

For the Creamy Lemon and Herb Yogurt Dip

  • 5tbsp natural yoghurt

  • Zest & juice from 1 lemon

  • ½ tsp garlic granules

  • 1tsp sea salt

  • 1tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • Small bunch of mint, coriander & parsley, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Cook the Cauldron Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Veggie Bakes for 10 mins in the oven as per pack instructions. 

  2. Meanwhile, prepare a few salads and the yoghurt dip by mixing all the ingredients together.

  3. Assemble the burgers and enjoy!
