Cauldron Authentic Tofu Brownie Balls

No bake brownies? Easy peasy! When the sweet tooth is calling but you don’t want to switch the oven on, whip up these no bake brownie balls using Cauldron Authentic Tofu for your next sweet treat fix. Simply throw all your ingredients to a bowl, blend, roll into balls and dip in  some yummy melted dark chocolate. They’re packed with delish ingredients like dates and almond butter for the ultimate snack! And they’re so good they probably won’t even make it to a plate! Make your no bake brownies vegan by swapping out the honey for maple syrup or agave.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Cauldron Authentic Tofu

  • 150g rolled oats

  • 75g dates

  • 30g cocoa powder

  • 75g chia seeds

  • 200g almond butter

  • 80g honey

  • 100g melted dark chocolate

Method:

1. Crumble up the Cauldron Authentic Tofu and add to a bowl. Add the rolled oats, dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, almond butter and honey/maple syrup.

2. Add all the ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Roll into 12 balls and dip into the melted dark chocolate.

4. Dive in and enjoy!
