Easy Tofu & Kimchi Stir-fry
It’s love at first stir fry with this lip-smacking kimchi and tofu delight. So easy to whip up, you’ll impress anyone you make it for.

Ingredients:
1 x 160g pack Cauldron Tofu Pieces
100g red cabbage, shredded
½ red pepper, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
50g tenderstem broccoli, sliced into small florets
50g frozen edamame beans
100g kimchi
2 un-waxed limes, juice only
1 tbsp. reduced salt soy sauce
250g cooked brown rice
To garnish…(optional)
A drizzle sriracha sauce
A handful coriander leaves

Why not swap the rice for ready to go noodles for a change?
Method:
Heat a drizzle of sesame oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Add the Cauldron Tofu Pieces, red cabbage, red pepper, spring onion, broccoli, edamame beans, kimchi, lime juice, soy sauce and brown rice. Stir-fry over a medium-high heat for 5 minutes tossing the ingredients regularly to evenly cook.
Divide between warmed serving bowls.
Garnish with a drizzle of sriracha sauce, coriander leaves and lime wedges (optional).
